Latin based, choreographed, high energy class!
Sculpt with Stacy
Non-aerobic, muscle-toning class using hand weights, bands, fitness ball and your own body.
Core-n-More with Angela
Overall toning and strengthening using various methods and styles including free weights, stretch bands, and medicine balls. Emphasis will be on abdomen and back.
Class changes every Saturday and is posted up at the Wellness Center monthly
Pilates Body Sculpt with Joan
Combination of weights and body weight exercises that targets all major muscle groups while learning good body mechanics for better control with movement.
Tone It with Nicole
Combines several modes of exercise including conditioning, toning and shaping to sculpt arms, tone thighs, lift seats and flatten abs!
POUND with Kendra

Piloxing with Joslyn
