Cardio Dance and Sculpt

Variety of upper and lower strength training exercises mixed in with aerobic style cardio.

Fun, easy to follow athletic drill combinations

Latin based, choreographed, high energy class!

Light Stretch & Tone

Light upper and lower strength training exercises, flexibility movements and stretching.

Pilates Body Sulpt

Combination of weights and body weight exercises hat targets all major muscle groups.

Tone It

Combines several modes of exercise including conditioning, toning and shaping to sculpt arms, tone thighs, lift seats and flatten abs!

POUND

POUND uses a combination of strength training, cardio and Pilates for a full body workout. Through music and the use of drumsticks, POUND provides a unique and fun workout that allows you to actually hear your body’s exertion
