Cardio Pump

Variety of upper and lower strength training exerises mixed in with aerobic style cardio.

Boot Camp

Fun, easy to follow athletic drill combinations

Tone It

Combines several modes of exercise including condtioning, toning and shaping to sculpt arms, tone thighs, lift seats and flatten abs!

Yoga

Stretching and toning muscles through gentle yoga poses.

Light Stretch & Tone

Light upper and lower strength training exercises, flexibility movements and stretching.

Zumba

Latin based, choreographed, high energy class!

Pilates Body Sulpt

Combination of weights and body weight exercises hat targets all major muscle groups.

POUND

POUND uses a combination of strength training, cardio and Pilates for a full body workout. Through music and the use of drumsticks, POUND provides a unique and fun workout that allows you to actually hear your body’s exertion
